TIP'S PAGE
There are many sites out there loaded
with tips,tricks,and advice. I figured I
would give some of my Own first tip I
have is act the part of a woman. This can
be the biggest give away that your a man.
Walk like a woman small steps, head
up,chest out,and backside up and out. As
for your hands don't clinch them, but
extend your fingers out . By doing this
your fingers will look more Slender also
when you walk keep hands down at your
sides and gently swing them as you walk.
The back of your hands should face
slightly behind you. For heavy beard
shadows reddish orange lip stick applied
before the foundation should help to
counter the shadow affect. I would also
advise to pluck your eye brows. Start
plucking a little at first then pluck more as
time goes By if you do this no one will
even notice the gradual change in your
eye brows. (Eva)

Hair is very important ,and can be the difference between looking
fabulous ,or getting read. I would recommend that you by a good
wig preferably from a salon. If this isn't an option there are many
places on the Internet that sell good wigs. Try to avoid wigs that are
one size fits all. If you can have your head measured so you can be
fitted properly. A quality fit will help prevent your wig from falling off
,it will also provide a comfortable fit. You should also have your wig
styled when needed. If you have it cleaned and styled it will prolong
the life of your wig. If at all possible I would further recommend
growing your hair out that way you have your own hair you can style
,and have fun with. I have grown my hair out for sometime now and
no one has said anything to me about it. The styles these days allow
men to have long hair so if you can let it flow. (Eva)

Coloring Your Hair
Hair Colors
Coloring your hair is perhaps the quickest and most dramatic way to change your
look. It is also an excuse to go out and buy a new wardrobe of clothes, because you'll
find that what suited you as a brunette looks rather drab on a new blond.
There are two types of hair dyes: permanent and semi-permanent, with variations of
each.
A) Permanent Tints:
Must be mixed with hydrogen peroxide to lift hair color. The peroxide opens the hair
cuticle so that the tint can penetrate the cortex and form the color. The higher the
level of peroxide, the quicker and lighter the result.
B) Semi-Permanent Colors:
They don't actually lift the color - you can either vary the tone within your natural
highlights or go darker. Quasi-color contains ethanolamine and 3% peroxide which
slightly opens the cuticle. This means that the color can last up to 20 washes and will
softly fade as you shampoo, causing no regrowth problem.
C) Semi-Permanent Vegetable Colors:
Contain only vegetable extracts and natural ingredients, so no color is stripped from
your hair. It is similar to henna but it doesn't coat the hair (adds shine though). This
color sits on the hair's surface and will wash out after about 8 shampoos.
Different coloring methods suit different hair styles, so get some expert advice when
deciding which one to go for...
Skin Tone: Your new hair color should complement your skin tone. Light-skinned
people don't look good with very dark hair because it draws color out of their skin.
Dark, tanned skin doesn't look great when mixed with a one-tone blond, but four or
five blond, chestnut or honey tones look fabulous.
BLOND:
If you would love to be blond, talk the process through with your colorist (or stylist)
before you go for it. It should be relatively painless on virgin dark brown hair, but if
your hair has been permanently tinted then the process will become a long saga.
Never attempt this kind of dye job on your own for the first time.
RED:
Red is the ultimate sexy shade, for color that cries out for attention. Hair holds on to
red-toned pigments well, so going copper-top can be easy for most people.
But be warned - if you are blond you will usually have to go two or three shades
darker than your natural color to achieve a rich red (brunette), and it's not easy to
reverse it.
BROWN:
Brunette is always a safe choice as it suits nearly every girl in town. Varying the
shade with highlights can achieve a huge range of looks. From chocolate brown and
bronze shades to honey or dark blond, combinations of natural tones gives incredible
shine as darker-pigmented tints add condition to your hair.
BLACK:
This is by far the easiest color to accomplish because the molecules in black tints are
larger and will cover all hair types very effectively. Caution is needed when using
black as it only tends to look good on people with darker and olive skin tones. It's
great for getting the goth look, but definitely not for your granny.
Some popular coloring questions:
* Will coloring my hair damage it?
Only if the wrong level of peroxide is used or you are over-processing (too many
permanent colors are applied) your hair. If you constantly change your hair color ,
especially if you go from blond to brown and back to blond, you must regularly use
deep conditioning treatments.
* Why can colored hair look dull?
Over-processing is the biggest reason. If your hair is starting to look dull, use
semi-permanent colors where the pigments sit on top of the hair adding plenty of tone
and shine.
* What's better for my hair, semi-permanent or permanent color?
Semi-permanent color give your hair a higher shine and enhance condition, but they
won't lift natural hair color. Also, a semi-permanent tint will not cover large amount of
grey hair (more than 50%).
If a permanent tint is used correctly, you will always achieve a beautiful effect and
semi-permanent tints can be used to maintain these permanent treatments, adding
condition.
Beauty Survival Kit
Your Very Own Beauty Survival Kit
Whether you have the job interview of a lifetime, a hot date or merely a night out on
the town, countless beauty snafus may be lurking just around the corner! Dont fall
victim to some of womankind's oldest enemies instead, be ready and armed for
whatever beauty blunders may await.
Different situations may call for suitable actions, so consider your destination and any
possible snafus that may come up while you are there.
At a very bare minimum, your beauty survival kit should include the following:
Clear lip gloss or chopstick - No matter how kissable soft you know your lips are, it
can never hurt to add some moisture and shine with a deliciously flavored lip gloss.
Applying gloss in front of your date may even entice him to test out your soft and
supple lips!
Dental floss and toothpick - A single strand of floss coiled up and tucked away can
really save the day in case your romantic candlelit dinner for two becomes a dinner
for three, if you count the broccoli between your teeth as a single entity! A toothpick
may also be a good item to include for dental hygiene purposes away from home.
Mini mouthwash - Fresh breath in an instant! Just take a small swig of mouthwash
after dinner or before you head out the door. Chase the taste of your lunch, dinner or
even strong coffee away with a quick rinse with some minty mouthwash.
Mini trial size perfume spritzer - Freshen up anytime you like by carrying a miniature
purse-sized fragrance spritzer with you. Scent is often considered the sense most tied
to memory, so let your fragrance linger and leave a lasting impression wherever you
go!
Hairspray or gel - Long events often leave much room for hair calamities to engage by
the end of the night. If you simply can't stand to have a single hair out of place, it is in
your best interests to pack a miniature bottle of hairspray or gel. Just a spritz here or a
dab there will fix any potential problems before anyone else even notices!
Visine and pressed powder! Did you know that Visine doesn't just get the red out of
your eyes? A tiny drop applied to a bright red blemish can often tone down the
abrasive color, which can then be further diminished with a gentle blotting of pressed
powder complementary to your skin tone. A concealer stick may also come in handy!
Tissues - You never know when your allergies might act up or a sudden event may
cause the waterworks to spring a leak. By prepared to sop up any unexpected tears
with a few tissues packed handily inside your pocketbook.
Miniature bottle of lotion - Whether dry hands or peeling skin from harsh sunburn ail
you, ward off any unsightly flakes with a few drops of your favorite lotion in a travel-
sized bottle. In the dire absence of hairspray or gel, you can also use a tiny bit of
lotion to smooth down fly-aways and cowlicks.
Depending on the size of your purse, you may wish to compile your own beauty
survival kit and store it all inside a zippered pouch that you can bring with you from
place to place.
Keeping a number of these items, if not all of them, in your vehicle is a great idea
especially if you travel a good deal. Add your own beauty items to the pouch to create
the ultimate survival kit especially for you!

Apply speed-dry nail polish when time is of the essence.
Drink lots of water. Keep your body hydrated everyday to
maintain healthy nails.
Fortify your diet with FDA approved vitamins or supplements.
Your fingernails count on you to be responsible with your
health and your diet. Unless instructed otherwise by your

How to measure and fit a bra:
Step 1, Measure for Band Size:
Need help? Expanded band measuring instructions.
Keeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around your bra
directly under your bust after expelling all air from your lungs - you want this
measurement to be as small as possible. Round all fractional measurements to
the nearest whole number.
If the measurement is even, add 4"
if the measurement is odd, add 5"
Step 2, Measure for Cup Size:
Need help? Expanded cup measuring instructions.
Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure at the fullest part of
your bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is
parallel with the ground and not binding.
Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.
Step 3, Calculate Your Bra Size:
Subtract your band measurement (step 1) from your cup measurement (step 2).
Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size. See the
conversion chart here.
Example:
Step 1: 34" under measurement +4" = 38" band
Step 2: 40" over measurement
Step 3: 40" - 38" = 2" or Cup "B"
Your size would be 38B
Important Note: this measuring system tends to become less accurate as the cup
sizes go above a D. Additionally, some manufacturers name larger cup sizes
differently. See "The Proper Measuring Techniques for Plus-Size Women".

Choosing the right clothing for you is a hard one. For some women it
comes natural, but if your like Eva you need all the help you can get!
Before Eva came out to me, she stole (borrowed)my things. But now
that she has the chance the closets are getting crowded. So let's hope
that some of these tips pay off for you!

How to Find Clothes for Your Shape
Step 1 Take a critical look at your own body in a full-length mirror. Be as
objective as you can and try to identify its greatest weaknesses and also its
biggest strengths.
Step 2 Decide which are your problem areas that you want to minimize.
Step 3 Note which areas you are proud of and want to highlight with your
clothing choices.
Step 4 Select wide leg pants to slim wide hips.
Step 5 Wear straight leg styles to show off long legs.
Step 6 Choose skirts for a flattering effect.
Step 7 Look for blouses with open necklines to call attention to a thin neck and
pretty face.
Step 8 Try sleek, fitted sweaters to slim your upper half.
Step 9 Realize that dark tights can help hide less than perfect legs.
Step 10 Use flats with cropped pants or skirts that stop at the knee for a look
that will flatter many body types.
Step 11 Opt for heels if you want to lengthen your legs and look instantly taller
and slimmer.
Step 12 Be open to trying on lots of different shapes and styles.
Step 13 Ask salespeople for recommendations on what will look good on you.
Step 14 Bring a friend shopping with you for a second opinion.
Note, if you have a limited amount of cash flow for your new wardrobe try
looking in second hand and charity shops!
The following tips have been added
by me. (Beth) If you have some that
you think should be added, at the
bottom is a link to do so. But my
hope is that you can use some of
them!
Do you wish to enhance your breast cleavage?
It's easy to use make-up to create the illusion of bigger boobs with a plunging
neckline, but do it subtly.
If you don't have any bronzer handy, try applying a little white powder on the top
halves of your breasts first, then apply a dark eye shadow color between them....
blend well.
Think about choosing a flattering necklines to make the most of what you've got.
Contour seaming, halter necks and cross-your-heart necklines all enhance a small
bosom.(Just go for what looks best)
A bustier or corset top is a great way to create cleavage where none exists, but make
sure you don't overcompensate by choosing one that's too tight.
Don't ruin everything by wearing an ill-fitting dress that you can't fill out. If you need to
use silicone inserts - they make your clothes look a hundred times better.

How To Get Fabulous Feet
It's time to slip your feet into a sexy pair of sandals. Here's how to make sure that
your feet look terrific.
1. Soak your feet for about ten minutes.
2. Pat feet dry.
3. Clip toenails straight across. Or, if you would rather, use an emery board (but wait
until toenails are completely dry).
4. Using pumice stone, remove any rough areas.
5. Massage cuticle area with a little oil or moisturizer.
6. Gently push back cuticles.
7. Apply foot lotion and massage into each foot.
8. Remove any excess lotion.
9. If you wish to apply polish follow the procedure below.
10. Put a small amount of polish on your brush; paint one stroke down the center of
your nail. Your brush should hold just enough color to accomplish this. Stroke the
sides of the nail and you are done.
11. Wait until polish is set (dry to the touch) and then apply the top coat. Don't skip this
step as it not only adds life to your pedicure, it will protect your nails as well.
12. Sanitize all of your equipment with alcohol and when they are dry, store them
away until the next manicure or pedicure.

How To Wax Your Legs
Choose your product. There are waxes or sugar solutions available.
Read instructions thoroughly... Twice.
If product needs to be heated, do so for suggested time.
Test the temperature so that you don't burn yourself.
Check legs to be sure that they are dry. This is very important.
For first time waxers, apply a thin layer of wax/sugar solution in a small area of the leg
following hair growth direction.
Press muslin strip onto leg.
At the bottom of the strip (closest to your foot), turn a small area back against the
strip. It should be resting flat against the strip about to be removed.
Lift the end as instructed and pull back toward you. Do not pull up. Pulling back is the
correct procedure.
Bite down on your lip GENTLY. The pain will ease up in a second or two. ;)
Repeat procedure if you have missed a few hairs.
Continue the leg until you are hair free!
